Loopion uses artificial intelligence to create transcripts, summarise meeting outcomes, identify actions, owners and deadlines, and answer questions about authorised meeting content.

Designed to assist human judgement

Loopion does not make business decisions on behalf of customers or make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Important outputs should be reviewed before they are relied upon and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions that could significantly affect another person.

How Loopion uses customer content

Loopion processes customer meeting content to provide, operate, secure and support the Loopion service in accordance with customer instructions.

Loopion does not use customer meeting content to train or fine-tune its own artificial-intelligence models.

We do not create biometric voiceprints or use customer meeting content for advertising.

Human control

Authorised users can review and correct meeting content and extracted actions.

Meeting content can be deleted subject to workspace permissions, retention settings and applicable legal requirements.

AI providers

Where specialist AI providers support the Loopion service, they process information under applicable contractual data-protection and confidentiality safeguards.
