What counts as a "minute"?
A minute is one minute of meeting audio that Loopion processes. A 30-minute meeting uses 30 minutes from your plan. Unused included minutes don't roll over — prepaid top-up minutes can be used for up to 12 months after purchase.
Can my whole team use Loopion?
Yes. Pro, Business and Enterprise include unlimited members — invite your entire team and pay only for meeting minutes processed, never per seat. Solo is a single-user plan for your own meetings.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
You'll get warnings at 80% and 90% usage, and you can buy prepaid top-ups (from £29) right in your billing page — or turn on auto top-up so meetings are never interrupted. Each plan has a monthly top-up allowance; if you're hitting it regularly, the next tier is usually cheaper.
My team speaks different languages — does that work?
Yes, and not just "we support languages". Three people can speak three different languages in the same call — Loopion follows the conversation, and every person receives the summary and their actions in their own language.
What's different about Solo?
