Safeguards
- Where a provider processes personal data on our behalf, appropriate contractual data-protection obligations apply.
- Restricted international transfers are protected using an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, which may include adequacy regulations, the Data Privacy Framework, the UK Addendum, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Providers are required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.

Change notifications
We provide reasonable advance notice of material additions or replacements to subprocessors that process customer personal data.
Customers may object on specific and reasonable data-protection grounds in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
