Using Ask Loopion

Ask Loopion answers questions from your meeting history — decisions, actions, owners, deadlines and unresolved commitments — and cites the meetings it drew from.

Where to find it

  • On any meeting page — scoped to that meeting and its series.
  • On a meeting series page — scoped to the whole series history.
  • Your conversation history is saved per meeting, so you can pick up where you left off.

What to ask

  • "What did we decide about the pricing change?"
  • "Which actions are overdue, and who owns them?"
  • "What did Sarah commit to this month?"
  • "What changed between the last two meetings?"
  • "Which risks were raised but never closed?"
Note: The more specific the question, the sharper the answer. Ask Loopion answers from your meeting evidence — if something never came up in a meeting, it will say so rather than guess.

Answers you can check

Answers cite the meetings they came from, with dates. If you want to verify, the source is one click away. Ask Loopion is designed to say 'that didn't come up' rather than invent an answer.

Permissions

You can only ask about meetings you participated in. Workspace isolation applies to every answer — no one can query another workspace's data, and your private chats aren't visible to other members.

Languages

Ask in your language, even if the meeting happened in another. Ask Loopion searches across languages and normally answers in the language of your question.
