Zoom App

Loopion for Zoom

Ask Loopion about the meeting you're in, right inside the Zoom client. Get decisions, owners and open actions while the call is happening — and open your whole Loopion workspace without switching windows.

What you get

Everything Loopion does on the web, available where your meetings already happen.

Ask Loopion in the side panel

During a meeting, the Loopion panel picks out the series you're in and answers questions about it — decisions, owners, what's still open — without leaving the call.

Carry-forward you can't ignore

Anything left open from a previous meeting is flagged as carried over, with the number of days it has been outstanding.

Your whole workspace, in Zoom

Outside a meeting the app opens the full Loopion experience: dashboard, calendar, meetings, Action Centre, analytics and settings.

Analytics without a context switch

Managers and owners see completion rates, meeting outcomes and usage trends in the same window they run their calls from.

Ask Loopion across your meetings

Ask a question in plain language and get an answer with evidence drawn from the meetings you attended.

99+ languages

Summaries, actions and answers in each person's preferred language, whatever language the meeting was held in.

How to add it

  1. 1

    Sign in to Loopion

The Zoom app connects to an existing Loopion account. If you don't have one yet, create it first — it takes a minute.

  2. 2

    Add the app

Click Add to Zoom below. Zoom asks you to approve one permission — view your Zoom profile — which we use only to match your email to your Loopion account.

  3. 3

Open it in the Zoom client

Click Apps in the Zoom desktop toolbar and choose Loopion. In a meeting you get Ask Loopion; outside one you get the full workspace.

Requires the Zoom desktop client 5.11.3 or later on Windows or macOS. Zoom Apps do not run in the browser client.

What the app can see

One permission. No access to your meetings, recordings or contacts.

One scope: view your Zoom profile. We read your email address once to match you to your Loopion account. That is the only Zoom permission the app requests.

No stored Zoom token. The access token is used for that single profile lookup and then discarded. We keep only your Zoom user ID so the app recognises you next time — and we delete it the moment you remove the app.

Meeting content comes from Loopion, not Zoom's API. Summaries and actions are produced by the Loopion meeting assistant, which joins calls as a clearly named, visible participant that the host admits. See our recording consent policy.

Close the loop on your Zoom meetings

Loopion captures every commitment made in a meeting, assigns an owner and a due date, and carries whatever is still open into the next call.
