Create an API key

1. 1As a workspace owner, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. 2Create an API key. It's shown once — copy it somewhere safe.
3. 3Use this key to connect Zapier or your own tools.

Connect Zapier

1. 1In Zapier, add the Loopion app to a new Zap and paste your API key when asked.
2. 2Choose a trigger: new/updated action, action completed, action reminder, or summary ready.
3. 3Point it at any of the thousands of apps Zapier supports — create a Monday.com item, post to Slack, update HubSpot, append to Google Sheets.

Two-way completion sync

Loopion also provides a Zapier action called Complete Action: when work gets marked done in your other tools, your Zap can close the corresponding action in Loopion. Completion recorded once, reflected everywhere — including carry-forward and recaps.

Webhooks for your own tools

• Add webhook endpoints in Settings → Integrations and choose which events to receive.
• Events: action.created, action.completed, action.reminder, summary.ready.
• Every delivery is signed (X-Loopion-Signature) so your endpoint can verify it genuinely came from Loopion.
• Payloads carry action details and deep links back to Loopion — reporting and meeting content stay on-platform.

Design principle

Loopion pushes actions and events out, and accepts completions back. Transcripts and summaries aren't exported wholesale into third-party tools — your meeting record stays in your workspace, and every payload links back to it.
