Getting started with Loopion

You can go from a brand-new account to your first captured meeting in about five minutes. Here's the whole journey.

1. Create your workspace

  1. 1Sign up at loopion.ai and choose the plan that fits your team — every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
  2. 2Your workspace is created automatically. You're the owner, which means you control settings, billing, integrations and team membership.
  3. 3Add your billing details at checkout. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

2. Connect your calendar

Loopion works from your calendar: connect Outlook or Google Calendar once, and eligible Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings are recognised automatically — no per-meeting setup.

  1. 1Go to Settings and choose Calendar.
  2. 2Pick Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar and approve the permissions requested.
  3. 3That's it — upcoming meetings with a Teams or Zoom link will appear in your Loopion calendar view.
Note: Connecting Google Calendar lets Loopion see your schedule — meeting capture itself currently supports Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings.

3. Your first meeting

When your next eligible meeting starts, the Loopion assistant joins as a clearly named participant — everyone in the meeting can see it. It listens for decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.

Shortly after the meeting ends you'll receive the summary and actions by email. At the start of the next meeting, depending on your plan and settings, the recap appears in the meeting chat.

4. Close your first loop

Open the meeting in Loopion to see the transcript, summary and every captured action with its owner and deadline. Mark actions complete as they get done — or complete them from your connected tools.

Anything left unfinished carries into your next relevant meeting automatically, with a days-outstanding counter. That's the Accountability Loop working.

5. Bring the team

  1. 1Invite teammates from Settings → Team — they'll see the meetings they participate in.
  2. 2Set roles: owners manage the workspace, managers see team analytics, members see their own meetings and actions.
  3. 3Each person can pick their own output language in their personal settings.
